A mother wants answers as to why her four-year-old son died during a supervised swim lesson in Georgia last month. The boy and his family had traveled from North Carolina for the week-long class and were at a residential pool on June 14 when an instructor made a tragic mistake. TSR Investigates' Justin Carter has exclusively obtained recordings of the boy's family's account from their attorney and, along with Doris Scott - Israel's mother - is now filing a lawsuit against the instructor.
She told TSR Investigates that the instructor, Lexie Currington-Tenhusen had told her that parents were not allowed to sit in on swimming lessons, so for the first two days she sat in her car while she waited for Israel. Things went well enough on the first day, however on day two, Scott said her worst nightmare came true.
