Billionaire-Elon Musk’s Father Errol Reportedly Confirms He and Stepdaughter Welcomed a Second Child

Errol Musk told The Sun that his stepdaughter, Jana Bezuidenhout, gave birth to their second child unbeknownst to him. His son and Bezuidenhout's daughter already has a sibling named Elliot Rush. He quoted the baby being "unplanned," and now that they're three years old, he is unaware of what's happening with them. They were living together for about 18 months following the birth of Elliot, but this no longer happens after separating.

“It’s not practical. She’s 35,” he explained. “Eventually if I’m still around, she might wind up back with me.”

“Any man who marries a [younger] woman, even if you feel very sprightly, it’s going to be nice for a while, but there’s a big gap … and that gap is going to show itself,” Musk added. Errol mentioned that the circumstances were slightly different when he was married to Bezuidenhout’s mother Heide, saying, “I married her mother when she was 25 and I was 45. She was probably one of the best looking woman I’ve ever seen in my life.”

Jana's father Errol married her mother Heide when Jana was four years old. The couple had two children of their own together and stayed married for 18 years until Heide passed away after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. Before she died, the couple agreed that Errol could date Jana in the future, but Errol took things one step farther by making it official through adoption. Their daughters had a hard time accepting this relationship at first and even though they're older now and have grown up, they still “feel a bit creepy” about it but don't want to rock the boat as they now know how much Jana and Errol love each other.
